The two maps illustrates the main development which have been witnessed in the Paradise island in the past and in the present. In an arial view, we can notice several changes in this area which give more preference to tourism. In the past, the island was meant for the purpose of scientific research station and when it comes to the present the overall purpose changes to exploration. In the place of scientific research station, hotel complex were built along with swimming pool. Very noticeably an open restaurant is introduced at the centre of the island accompanying a BBQ area. The hotel complex and the restaurant are connected with a pathway. Moreover, a cafe is added nearby the natural spring. The present island is designed with a cycle path for sightseeing and for further enjoyment. The beach on the northwest side is now permitted for swimming. In past only boats were sailed and as a part of development, piers were expanded and Cruise ships were allowed at the beach side. The presence of rock near the island gives a scenic lookout for the tourists to attract and visit the island more number of times.
