Presented for evaluation is a plan that reshaped or redefined the means of access to City Hospital; this diagram reveals the alterations conducted between 2007 and 2010. Clearly, the 2010 plan almost completely revamped the City Hospital site. Obviously, some additions occurred, such as roundabouts, separate staff and public parking, and a bus station. Notably, City Hospital lost building space in 2010 with the roundabout planned to push into the building area. As a starting point, the revised plan has two added roundabouts with one at the intersection of Hospital Road and City Road and another at Hospital and Ring Road. In-between these two roundabouts the planners have placed a new bus station, which used to be located to the far east of the entire complex. Moving on to the car park situation, in 2010, the planners divided the car park into separate lots that allowed the staff to have their own space. In regards to location, the public parking is attached to the east side of the Hospital; and we note that the public area is bigger than the staff area. The 2010 staff parking area is found south of the Hospital on the east side of Hospital Road and sandwiched in-between Ring Road and City Road.
