Generally, vegetables are the biggest part of people’s consumption among the shown year, whereas the smallest portion is cheese. Moreover, it is clear that all the categories doesn’t show a fluctuation trend over these years. There was a slight rose in the quantity meat of people consumption from 1148 to 1211 grams between 1992 and 2002, which was almost double than that of bean, registered 532 and 546 grams respectively. However, the figure for meat fell minimally to 1132 grams in the year 2012, by contrast, beans reached a peak of consumption about 590 grams in the same year. On the other hand, vegetables were the highest number of food people consumed per week in 1992, 2002 and 2012, 2140, 2190 and 2220 grams respectively. People ate 837 grams wheat and 113 grams cheese on a weekly basis in 1992. The amount of wheat people consumed in 2012 grew sharply, standing at 977 grams, roughly seven-fold of cheese’s quantity consumption, which was only 125 grams.
