The general overview here is that the category of consumer goods that all countries spent most on is Food and Drink with the figure of more than 20% in each nation. The lowest spending could be seen in the category of Clothing in all five countries. In term of food and drink, Turkey spent the most at 36%. The expenditure of Spain also high(31%) compare to Germany with spent the least(22%). France and the UK spent 25%and27% respectively. On the contrary, the lowest expenditure spent on clothing which accounted for under 16% in all countries. Germany spent most on these item at just 15% of their national expenditure which is around double that of France. Moreover, the expenditure for housing is higher than Entertainment. The outlay for housing is between 37% in the UK and 18% in Spain, while the outlay for Entertainment is between 19% in German and only 10% in Turkey.
