The pie charts demonstrate the percentage of one university in England of British students who can able to speak languages other than English. Overall, Spanish is the most spoken rather than other languages at the university and German remain the lowest part of the contribution. With some certain languages, namely French, German and Spanish, the sole rate of students speak German didn't change in both years, remained at 10%. Many of the students in the university are virtually able to speak Spanish, with the contribution standing at 30% and 35%, chronologically. While the number of Spanish spoken students increased, the proportion represents the students speaking French as the second language has declined by 5%. The numbers of students who speak one and two other languages have expanded 5% each during the period from 2000 to 2010. While the majority of the proportion of other languages spoken by British students went up, 20% of students speak only English in 2000 has been decreased by half, namely to 10% in the year 2010.
