The two given pictures illustrate the development of a cinema between 1980 and now. As can be seen from the diagrams, it is evident that there are several shifts taking place in this cinema such as the expansion of the layout and the presence of three more cinema rooms. Looking at the pictures more closely, one can see that in the past, the car park was built on the north side of this cinema. However, after 40 years, this place is demolished to expand the cinema area. Furthermore, on the opposite side, the entry remains. To the east of this entrance, the Drinks area is replaced by the DVD shop and it is relocated to the bottom left-hand corner of the cinema. Next to the food and drinks area, a relaxed room is erected which replaces Cinema 1. Instead, this cinema room is relocated to the west of the plan. Currently, in the west of this cinema, cinema 2 is constructed on the top left-hand corner while the toilet area remains. On the opposite side, there are several new cinema rooms are built. From the top-down, cinema 3, 4, 5 are constructed respectively, which replace cinema 2 in the past.
