This island will be less rural with more facilities being constructed along with renewal old buildings. The most striking change is the birth of the shopping centre which will be located in the Southeast part which is a building-based vacant piece of land. In conjunction with this, the car park area will have erected to the East of the region. The footbridge will be demolished to make way for the suspension bridge in order to be easy-moving. Across the advancement bridge, to the northeast side is the emergence of two hotels. Such dramatic changes might not be witnessed in Peterford is the town hall relocation from being located in front of the shop and the post office in 2015 to being situated next to them in 2036.
