The maps demonstrate some changes happened in Felixtone during 1967-2001. Overall, in each side of the road, the number of buildings increased over the years. It can be seen that in the north and south sides, there would be the dramatic changes, like new buildings and other facilities. (urbanizing) In the north of the road, whereas in 1967, there were shops in both sides of high street, in 2001, one of the shops was replaced by apartments. As well as, farmland which was located in the north-east, was knocked down and in this field swimming pool, hotel and tennis courts were built. In the south-west of the road, wind turbines were erected in the year 2001. Furthermore, hotel was relocated and car park was developed. In the south, marina was turned into public beach for the year 2001. If we look at the south-east side of the map, fish market was demolished and private beach was formed on its behalf.
