There are a lot of changes from 1995 until present, according to 2 pictures. The first change is the housing, in the past there were only 6 houses locate aside of a small road next to the main street, which then became about 12 houses connect to the expanded road. Head a little below we can see where was a series of sport houses, now they switched them into several restaurants. On the right side of the road, the hotels now have 2 2-story houses instead of 2 small houses in the past, while the trees were chopped and the public park was cleared to make way for holiday homes and car park. Another change is that the fish market was converted into apartments, while they made a way to the coffee. Other changes include transform north-east farm land into golf course and tennis course and we can see yatches at the sea, where there was only morning fish boats can be seen
