Secondly, the cost of resendential phone started to increase from 2001 and hit a high of about 750$ by the end of the decade. This noticeable incline shows that the cost has constantly increased between 2001 and 2010.
All in all, the expense of residential phone services is reasonably high than the cell phones' expense and has increased greatly over the 10 years. Whereas the expenditure of residential phones has reduced between 2001 and 2010.
