The line graph illustrates the number of inquiries acquainted by the tourist information office in a single city during 2011 from January to June. Overall, the graph depicts a close relationship between in-person and by phone information received during the sixth month period, while the letter or by mail requests decreased steadily. In January, all three forms of requests seemed to share a close number that varied from 450 to 900. However, in February, they exhibited an even closer number that ranged from 600 to 800. In the month of April, the by letter or email requests started to decrease which depicting its start of the decline, while the by telephone inquiries remained steady leaving the in-person appeal at greatest reaching almost 1300. Throughout May, the by letter/email enquiries remained to decrease reaching almost 390 inquiries which stretched out till June.
