The following graphs show two airlines companies and their customer satisfaction, as well as the most common complaints. Overall it is noticeable that the overall satisfaction of Blue Sky Airways is slightly higher than one world air with a difference of about 10 percent. Both expensive tickets and limited space represent the biggest customer complaints, with more than 50% only in these areas, for the two airlines. Delayed or cancelled tickets also represents a large percentage of complaints where Blue Sky with 22% has a lower number contrary to One World Air with 28%. On the Other Hand, customer satisfaction represents the biggest difference by far, between the two airlines; with only 3% of complaints in Blue Sky and a surprisingly high 21% in One World Air. However, regarding the quality of the food, One World gets a better rating with 17% of complaints compared with 24% of Blue Sky.
