Delayed or cancelled tickets also represents a large percentage of complaints where Blue Sky with 22% has a lower number contrary to One World Air with 28%.
On the Other Hand, customer satisfaction represents the biggest difference by far, between the two airlines; with only 3% of complaints in Blue Sky and a surprisingly high 21% in One World Air.
