The flow chart is a clear representation of sweater production in a factor. The whole process consists of 16 different stages starting from yarn collection to shipment.
The first stage of manufacturing of sweaters is yarn collection. After that, yarn is winded and distributed over sweater panels. After completion of knitting, online inspection is started. Once all panels are ready then they are linked to one another and inspected properly. If everything is working well, they are trimmed and moved to light checking and mending section, but product is found faulty then it will be sent to second stage of yarn winding and distribution.
Since main product will be almost prepared, now just to give touchups, button holes will be created. Further it will be sent for washing, labelling and ironing process. For the last time the quality will be analyzed by factory quality team and send for folding and packing. Finally, again it will be given for last inspection and will be shipped.
