The bar chart displays the annual number of time(in minutes) citizens of UK had been spending over the phones from 1995 to 2002. The phone calls are mainly categorized in three call type: Local(fixed line), National and international(fixed line) and Mobiles. As chart depicted, over the years minutes over the mobiles were increased rapidly as compared to other two categories. Time spent on National and international calls have hike with very steady pace. However, use of local fixed line is remaining same through-out. Firstly, Local fixed line calls were in trend with almost 70 billions of minutes in 1995, which is highest among the others. With time the usage increased and touched the maximum usage of all time trough-out 1998-1999 with 90 billions of minutes. Although this achievement, Local line usage came back to 60 billions in 2002 as it is in 1995. Secondly, With very steady and constant increments, National and international Fixed lines are growing their usage. It was almost 35 billions in 1995 which was 60 billions in just 8 years of span. At last but not the least, Mobile use was blooming with exponential increase in usage over the time period. In 1995 mobile calls were standing with almost 5 billions of minutes, which started picking up in 1999 by doubling their minutes and stand at 45 billions of minutes in 2002.
