The graph illustrates employment rates in five different tourism-related industries in 2009 and 2019. There were significant upward trends in most various industries during the period. In 2009, there were 284, 700 employments in sport sector, then the figure rose notably to 345, 700 in 2019. Likewise, for travel industry, the employments increased significantly from 60, 900 employments in 2009 to 114, 200 employments in 2019. The food business also grew remarkably from 283, 400 employees in 2009 to 357, 700 employees in 2019. For hotel business, in 2009, there were 299, 200 employments. Then, the employments expanded to 306, 000 employments in 2009. In contrast, while other tourism-related businesses expanded significantly, there was a slight downward trend in the culture sector.
