The first graph represents the growth of computer ownership over a period of 8 years. The figures show a steady increase of computer ownership so that in 2002 less than 60% had computers but in 2010 almost 80% of population had the advantage of using thier own computers. The data provided by the second graph shows the average rise of computer ownership in different educational levels for the years 2002 and 2010. The most significant changes are the ones corresponded with high school graduate and college students. In 2002 around 30% of graduated had a computer but in 2010 this number increases by almost 70%. Similarly the number of computer ownership in colleges students experiences the same growth of approximately 30% in 7 years. The rise of bachelor and postgraduate students however remained rather stable; for there is only a growth of 15% or less amongst these groups which is probably due to the fact that owning a pc plays a vital role in achieving their educational goals and it has proved to be of a great help for their causes.
