In line with the orders of our Ministry, a new regulation has been made regarding information security and computer login passwords.
-Your passwords used to log on to computers must be renewed every 180 days. At the first login to be made by our personnel whose password renewal period is due, they will use their current passwords; At least 1 (one) uppercase letter, at least 1 (one) lowercase letter, at least 1 (one) number, at least 1 (one) special character (@, ! , ? , +, $, #, &, /, {, *, -, ], =, . . . ) they will need to set a new password for a total of 8 (eight) characters.
In addition;
- The work and transactions made after logging in to the computer are the sole responsibility of the person. Your username and password are personal to you and should not be shared with others under any circumstances.
- Do not keep information that you think is important (thesis, training presentations, surgery images, etc. ) on computers. You may experience data loss in case of hardware or software problems on the computer.
-Do not share patient and staff information (open address, telephone, etc. ) with third parties within the scope of information security.
- All transactions made on computers are recorded and do not forget that you may be subject to legal action if you use them against information security rules.
- If you think you have suffered a security breach or if you have detected a security breach, you must report it via the Information Security Violation Notification at our hospital's Intranet (http: //intranet. adh. local/). The notifications made are evaluated by our Information Processing Unit, and the incident is intervened or precautions are taken.
