Our work style has changed in recent years due to the pandemic and we have had to work from home. However, some people have not been able to work from home this year. Therefore, some people advocate working from home, on the other hand, some people believe that working from the workplace has advantages. Both opinions have too many advantages and disadvantages. I consider that we have developed according to the growth of the world. Thank you Thanks to technology and the internet there are now many advantages to working from home. People who work from home have flexibility in their schedules and do not spend time or money on transportation, which is known to be very tedious. In addition, employers also have a great advantage, by having people working from home, they do not spend money on the workplace or on rent, and that savings can be used for some other improvement. On the other hand, many people believe that working from home has disadvantages. When people work from home, employers can't check efficiency. But sadly there are also some jobs that cannot be done from home, e. g. police, doctor, they should be thanked during this pandemic era. In conclusion and like everything in life, working from home can have many advantages and disadvantages, people who work from home have flexibility and more freedom than people who work in an office, but also, people who are from the workplace or in the office can make friendships or connections that people who work from home could not, since they only live with their family, or are just themselves.
