The pie chart show the information about the percentage of 4 different categories which have negative impacts on land in over the world; while the table illustrates more specific with three distinct regions, including North America, Europe, as well as Oceania. At first glance, it is clear that there are a fair distribution for three main causes of global land degradation, expect for "other". Furthermore, Europe has the greatest proportion of land degraded. Looking at the details, over-grazing makes up with more than a third of land degradation, which is slightly higher than deforestation and over-cultivation, at 30% and 28% in turns. Numerous other factors account for just under a tenth, nowhere near as three given causes. Turning to the table, it becomes clear that 9, 8% and 7, 7% degradation of land is caused by deforestation and over-farming respectively, which are considerable greater than figure for two other areas. Meanwhile, Oceana is not affected by over-grazing, however, it stands at the highest place for over-grazing reason. Finally, the proportion of total land degraded appears highest in Europe (23%), then Oceania (13%) and finally North America (5%).
