The diagram below shows how rainwater is reused.

The diagram below shows how rainwater is reused. 3aLB5
The illustration depicts different modes of recycling rainfall water for domestic consumption. In general, reusing rainwater processes consists of interrelated phases in which dam and water treatment plants play significant roles. Initially, it’s a dam that contains water when the rain pours down to the earth. Following this, such rainfall water is led to the water treatment plant with the aim of purification. This water is then sent to the local homes as drinking water. Another way of collecting rainfall water is using rooftop drain so that water could run down to the rainwater tank. Rainwater stored in tanks is perhaps passed through a water filter or used directly for domestic consumption. In addition to collected rainwater, household wastewater is also purified in order to reuse again. As soon as being released from home, this amount of dirty water runs into the wastewater treatment plant. It’s an available water source for domestic purposes that recycled water is contained in a large water tank. In contrast, excess treated water would be poured into the river. In the interim, the stormwater spilling over the ground is preserved and made to flow into the waterways nearby.
