The given bar chart illustrates the proportion of youth study in universities in Italy, UK, Spain, Poland, Finland and Norway in 2000 and 2007. Overall, it is readily apparent that the highest percentages of young people studied in universities were in Finland in the year of 2000. However in 2007, Poland had lead. Conversely, in 2000 the lowest proportion of youth studied in universities were in Italy whereas, the least Spanish young studied in universities in 2007. In Italy, UK, and Poland the percentage of youth enrolled in universities increased over time. 38% of youth studied at universities in Italy during 2000. In contrast, that proportion rose to 52% in 2007. UK experienced a rose in percentage of young people in universities from 46% to 54%. Similarly, the percentage of Poland's youth studied in universities rose up 64% to 78%. On the other hand, Spain and Norway witnessed a small declined in proportion of youth study in universities. For Spain that percentage fall to 41% from 46%, while, in Norway had a marginal decrease of a proportion (65% to 64%). Finally, percentage of Finnish youth in universities remain constant at 70%.
