This is a project manager role which will focus on improving the interface between HR business partners and HR service desks. The project manager will lead the group of subject matter experts from different areas of HR. This will be a short term international assignment in London. I am excited about this role as it affords a wonderful opportunity to put research findings on change management in practice. This project will set a base for future changes in the way HR function operates in the company. I think I will get a valuable experience from this opportunity.
